AI SRE & AIOps Workshop: Bengaluru Edition
Learn to run AI SRE agents in production, hands-on.
A closed-door, hands-on AI SRE & AIOps workshop in Bengaluru on Thursday 22 October. You run, price and break an ops agent on a lab Kubernetes cluster. No vendor slides.
Engineers from Wells Fargo, DBS, Verizon and Sanofi did this in Hyderabad. Bengaluru gets 24 seats, 2 per company.
Six problems, and what you do about each one
Swipe to see all sixEveryone says "agent". Which one do you need to build?
On the day: Score your setup against a build checklist. Leave knowing which one fits.
Most ops agents fail in the setup: weak tool harnesses, or too much context.
On the day: Wire up tool harnesses and context filtering. See why more context doesn't make it smarter.
It solved this exact incident last Tuesday. Today it has no idea.
On the day: Run the agent with memory on, then off. Watch the answer change.
An agent with production access needs guardrails, permissions and blast-radius control before it touches anything.
On the day: Trace blast radius on a knowledge graph. Add a human approval gate before changes.
Wrong 5% of the time in production means switched off in a week.
On the day: Red-team the agent with a service that doesn't exist. Does it invent a root cause?
When the agent costs more than the hours it saves.
On the day: Compare models on quality, latency and cost. Price your setup at your alert volume.

What you take back to work
Scored against your own org.
Worked out at your real alert volume.
Plus red-team tests that catch an agent inventing a root cause.
For the next 30 days. We email it back to you on day 30.
What Hyderabad wrote afterwards
“We didn't just talk about what AI could do for SRE. We actually put an agent through different production-like situations and watched how it behaved.
“Engaging with peers from 12 leading organizations highlighted how different teams are tackling real-world AI adoption, automation bottlenecks, and operational reliability.
“One room, real faults ingestion, and an agent we actually ran - not just slides.
Hyderabad attendees wanted more lab time. Before the day ended, they asked us to keep it running all weekend.
Apply nowWhat you do on the day
- Work in teams on an ops agent on a lab Kubernetes cluster we provide. Modules: tool harnesses, context, blast radius, approval gates, memory.
- Run four AI models head to head on the same ops problem.
- Switch memory on, then off, and watch the answer change.
- Red-team the agent and try to break it before it breaks production.
Leading a team? Nominate two.
It's 2 seats per company. Send this page to two production engineers who will own the 30-day change. Each person applies separately.

Hi, I'd like to attend the AI SRE & AIOps Workshop in Bengaluru. It's on Thu 22 Oct, 10 AM to 2 PM. That is four hours, with lunch. It's a closed-door, hands-on session for 24 production engineers. GoGoAI Dev, a community for ops engineers, runs it. There are no vendor slides. NudgeBee, an AIOps company from Pune, is the partner. Its engineers run the lab. It costs Rs 500, lunch included. What our team gets: - A build checklist scored against our setup. We know what to build before committing engineering time. - A cost estimate at our real alert volume. We see what AI agents on our incidents would cost. - A model-upgrade checklist, and red-team tests that catch an agent inventing a root cause. - One written change for the next 30 days. I'll share it with the team. On the day, I work with an ops agent on a lab Kubernetes cluster. I compare models on cost and quality, then red-team the agent. Engineers from Wells Fargo, DBS, Verizon, Sanofi and FICO attended the Hyderabad edition. It's limited to 2 people per company. Details: https://luma.com/rmsqhz92Email it to your manager
